01. How is the Digital Canvas image generated?
The image data is transmitted to the DigitalCanvas display using NFC technology.
02. Why can't the phone detect the NFC tag?
Please ensure that the NFC function on your phone is enabled. For specific instructions, refer to the NFC function operation guide.
03. Do I need to enable the NFC function every time I use the app to project an image?
No, you don't need to. As long as the NFC function on your phone remains enabled, it will automatically connect each time you use it, without requiring manual reactivation.
04. Does using the Digital Canvas for a long time drain the phone's battery?
No, it doesn't. The phone case only consumes a small amount of power from the phone when projecting images via NFC technology. Once the image is transmitted to the phone case, no power is needed to maintain the display.
*The Digital Canvas works based on electrophoretic technology:
Tiny charged particles within microcapsules move to different positions under the influence of positive and negative charges. When the current stops, these charged particles stay in their current position, so the displayed image remains without needing any power.*
05. Can the phone still support wireless charging after using the phone case?
Wireless charging is not supported. Due to the thickness of the phone case, it is not compatible with wireless charging. If you need to use wireless charging, please remove the phone case first.
06. Does the phone case support lanyards?
Yes, the phone case has a hole for attaching a lanyard, allowing users to pair it with various lanyards.
07. Is the Digital Canvas phone case waterproof?
The phone case itself is not waterproof. Please avoid getting the phone case wet when using it in humid environments such as bathrooms, swimming pools, or by the seaside.
08. How can I ensure the best display quality on the Digital Canvas?
We offer DigitalCanvas phone cases with three-color and four-color e-ink displays, including black, white, red, and yellow e-ink particles. Due to the nature of the screen, images with blue and purple tones may not display well. Therefore, it is recommended to use images with yellow and red tones to achieve the best display quality.
09. Does the Digital Canvas phone case generate heat?
The phone case does not have an internal battery, so it does not generate heat.
