TIZAG 1-Year Limited Warranty

Coverage  

This limited warranty covers any technical defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the 1-year period from the original date of purchase, TIZAG will, at no charge, repair or replace, at its option, any defective product or component covered by this warranty.

 

Exclusions 

This warranty does not cover any damage or defects caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental drops, impacts, or misuse
  • Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or discoloration
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or liquids
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations

What We Will Do  

If a defect covered by this warranty is found, TIZAG will either repair the product at no charge, replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value, or issue a refund at our discretion.

 

What We Do Not Cover 

  • Loss of the phone case
  • Any damage to the device (phone, tablet, etc.) that the case was protecting
  • Shipping fees for returning the product to us for warranty service
  • Incidental or consequential damages

How to Make a Claim

To request warranty service, you must contact TIZAG customer service at support@tizag.shop within the Warranty Period, providing proof of purchase and details of the defect. The product must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent packaging to prevent further damage during transit.

 

Limitations

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country. This limited warranty is the only express warranty applicable to this product. TIZAG disclaims any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
